Executive Summary

Book Ambulance is an emergency healthcare service support system that links patients to hospitals via a tech platform, bringing together patients, ambulances, and hospitals.

A group that has a purpose. We characterise ourselves in that way. By assisting people in obtaining an ambulance in the quickest amount of time, at the lowest feasible expense, and in a comfortable manner to save lives.

The Challenge

To recreate the joy of MoAmbulance’s early years was our project’s aim. The basic idea was straightforward: press a button to book an Ambulance for patient. But our goal wasn’t to return to the easy days. Our goals were to establish a solid foundation that would support an expanding user base and a business that was fast changing.

The solution

After intense collaboration with Intelligent to understand every facet of their business, our team capture their requirements and convert them to a software model. To achieve this we created a design model and wire frame which creates a visualization of client’s need. Once the design was confirmed by client we move towards next steps i.e. converting those designs to Application.
